Steve has over 15 years experience in transforming organizations through Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement concepts. Steve is a Master Black Belt, as well as an expert in process modeling and simulation. During his career, Steve has worked with over 100 organizations in all industries including from Finance, Aerospace, Government and Non-profits.
Steve developed, delivered and implemented Lean Six Sigma training at the Green Belt, Black Belt, Champion and Awareness levels. He also delivered training in process modeling and simulation and TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving)
